Balsamic Apples & Sweet Onions
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 2 large Sweet Onions, thick sliced
- 5 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, ½” thick slices
- ⅔ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add onions, and saute 5 minutes. Add apples, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar, and sauté 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
